Shree Ranchhodrai Bhagwan Temple
Gambhu
is oldest village of Mehsana district, taluka Becharaji, State Gujarat. The
Ancient name of Gambhu was Gambhira Nagari Where the temple of Ranchhodray is
located. Today we can see Archeology special in the flow of river.
Sahatraling
Mahadev temple is also situated near the river. This temple was in the middle
of the village but gradually it changed and today it is eye witness symbol.
History of Ranchhodrai Bhagwan:-
Vanraj
chavada was ruling over ancient patan in year 800 B.C. Neenah sheath was
appointed as administrator of justice in this Kingdom who was forefather of
vimal shah. Who built a Jain delvada temple on mt abu.they all were children of
this mother land. Some crates had criticized on”charaksanhita” and “shushurt sanhita”
from this land so Gambhu known as Gambhira nagari in the History.
Today you csee the grand and superb idol of the lord Ranchhodray beside the waste gate of the village this idol of Ranchhodray is more glorious and miraculous than the idol of the temple of Drarika and Dakor. This temple was in the southern parts of village near shitla mata temple during the Muslim rulers.
In
those days Muslim ruler Mohammad gajani had destroyed many Hindu temples so
people this village hid the idol in the well gradually this idol was found by
vania families when they had dui the land. Gambhu has been known eminent
Gambhira nagari in ancient history. On every full moon day many prilgrienus
from surrounding area visit for visious.
Those
who believes in this god. They are surely succeed we arrange a big procession
of this god on full moon day of Asuin month. This chariot tales round from one place
to another places and people was for loop. Make their lives happy and
prosperous.

Sitla
mataji, Reva maharaj samathi,manpuri maharaj,Famous jain temple(Gambhira
pashvnath Bhagwan),Kanpir dada,Ambe mataji,Ganpati temple,Mahakali mata,Sikotar
maa,mahadev mandir,Khodiyar Mata and Ramdev pir.
How to Reach Gambhu:-
The
big nearest bus stop is mehsana 25 k.m, also railway station. You can way from
modhera chokdi via modhera sun temple road (nugar, ranela) village and stop the
ganeshpura patiya village, to right hand side ganeshpura to gambhu distance is 3
k.m. The nearest Airport is Ahmedabad 100 k.m.
